The White House Farm Foundation owns and manages Leopold's Preserve, a 380 acre nature conservancy in Haymarket, Virginia. It is protected by a permanent conservation easement held by the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust (NVCT). The Preserve is visited daily by community residents, tourists, and educational groups who enjoy its 7 miles of walking trails, observation platforms, wildflower meadows, and interpretive signage.
WHFF sponsors numerous programs at Leopold's Preserve including guided hikes, homeschool classes, volunteer activities, and lecture series. For more information and to plan your visit to the Preserve, head to www.leopoldspreserve.com.
